My philosophy
Generally we are happy to say that sport is a good way to lose weight. It's so simplistic. Physical activity offers more than just a loss of extra pounds if it is associated with a good nutrition plan. It is a powerful ally for a much better well being.
Having a physical activity should be as natural as taking a shower, it should be part of a healthy lifestyle. Of course, an effort has to be made. Myself, whenever I go practicing, I must push myself. But then, satisfaction is so great to have accomplished something. I feel so good, as purified, and especially fullfilled.
My background
Originating from a dance background and having worked for a long time both in Paris and abroad as a professional dancer, I have been able to, thanks to all of my experience, adapt all of these various techniques in order to create classes based on working in harmony with the body and working the body harmoniously.
This is the message I am sending to the people I am coaching. Often they are afraid at first. And it is true that the first times are difficult. They feel they will not succeed, they are afraid of getting hurt. But they do not suspect the resources of their bodies, its extraordinary adaptability.
